Hembygdsföreningen är tillbaka med nya kramgoa bitar av glesbygdsromantiserande nostalgi som luktar både koskit och jordgubbar på samma gång. Berättaren ägnar sig ohämmat och totalt utan självdistans åt att vurma för sitt hemlandskap Småland på titelspåret samt i låten Blues från bygden. Skivan innehåller också den något mer abstrakta låten alla helgons namn, den klimatångestladdade truddelutten Ve och fasa (klimatångest) och toppas på slutet med instrumentalen Vägs ände som ger lyssnaren lite andrum från allt brölande och kacklande som föregår. Håll till godo!

Hembygdsföreningen is back with a new set of cuddly tunes that are filled with small town romantic nostalgia that smells of both cow dung and strawberries at the same time. The narrator devotes himself unremittingly, and without any form of self-perspective, to his home province Småland on the title track and in the song Blues från bygden. The record also contains the slightly more abstract song Alla helgons namn, the tune Ve och fasa (klimatångest) which is filled with anxiety about climate change, and peaks with the instrumental Vägs ände which gives the listener a breather from all the prior bellowing and cackle.
